In-state defender Jashaud Stewart commits to Arkansas

Arkansas landed its third commitment for the class of 2020 late Saturday night.

Three-star WDE Jashaud Stewart (Jonesboro, Arkansas) committed to the Hogs over offers from Arkansas State, Houston and Kansas, among others.

The 6-foot-2, 209-pound end is ranked as the nation’s No. 15 WDE and the state of Arkansas’ No. 3 prospect for the class of 2020, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings.

The Jonesboro native became the Hogs first in-state commitment for 2020, and he joins WR Ze’Vian Capers (Georgia) and CB Jamie Vance (Louisiana) as commits in the class.
