After graduate assistant roles at Colorado and Minnesota, he came to Arkansas in 1998 as Houston Nutt’s co-defensive coordinator. He held various coaching positions for the Razorbacks from 1998-2012 and was the longest-tenured assistant coach in the SEC at that time.
