I believe The article states that the incident will not be placed on Rick Wells record, IF he pays $900, makes a donation to the charity, or volunteers for community service. Felons wouldn't get that sort of treatment. It's not like they robbed a store, they were playing with BB guns.

I hate to put USC down, but no. Grier has been out for a few games now and they've still been able to win games. If USC wins, you guys can celebrate and I'll eat crow, but I give USC a 10% chance to come out with the W. Just because the Vandy game was close doesn't mean it will happen twice.
