Nick Saban has been in football since he was about 6 years old (almost 60 years) so he is the go to coach on subjects and he's not shy about his answers. He doesn't care who doesn't like it, it's how he feels about it. Just imagine how much better the game would be with two weeks. One week resting and the other preparing but we will have to see two teams that just played there hearts out to be there. Both teams will still have lingering effects from the playoffs. Would be a lot better game with two weeks.

Saban said he wasn't going to use that as an excuse. Every player on every team should be ready to play at any given time. Most all of the players on the Bama team are 4 and 5 star players and shouldn't look like a deer in the head lights. We haven't had this problem in other years. Someone gets bruised up, the guy behind him had something to prove and got out there and was very aggressive. This year, they act like they haven't ever played the game. I think it's starting to show Kirby is gone. He has done a excellent job at Georgia in just 2 years. Not many coaches can do that. RTR!!

I agree 100 percent. Might be a difference between Pruitt and Kirby. I really don't think Alabama has ever had an excellent offense. A year here and there but not every year. Jalen is good when the line gives him time to get situated but the O'Line isn't blocking for him at all. They get ran through and around on most every play. Hard for Jalen to do much in 1 second. It's more the defense I'm worried about. Jalen can score if given a couple second to look down the field. Most of the time, he has time for one read and the defense is on him. Tua in these games would be the same way because of the O'Line. He will be great but right now, I don't think he would make it or Saban would try him a few downs. All I can say is I'm not looking forward to the Iron Bowl this year. If Auburn is going to win a Iron Bowl, this one will be it.

Auburn beat Miss. State and Texas A&M a lot worse than we did if that tells you anything about the Bama defense. Just doesn't look good to me right now.

Auburn doesn't need a powerful running QB when they have Kerryon. He will be plenty to get by Bama right now. The Bama defense isn't aggressive at all this year and missing tackles coming and going. I have been for Bama my whole life but I won't be betting for them this year in the Iron Bowl. I want bet against them but that'll be money saved at this point.

I am 100 percent a Bama fan but unless the Bama defense turns around very fast, I have to agree with you. Saban said he's not going to use the injuries as an excuse and I agree with him. Someone is going to have to step up because Auburn is firing hard on all 8 cylinders. Bama is barely a 4 cylinder right now. It's a rivalry game so we will have to wait and see it but I'm sure I know who will win. Auburn is more hungry to. All of this winning isn't good for a team so Bama will have to find out how it feels to lose before they start getting aggressive and hungry again. Rat Poison. lol

If Bama plays the way they did against Miss. State and Auburn plays the way they did against Georgia, Bama will lose, Badly. This is not a Bama defense. I'm starting to think Jeremy Pruitt doesn't compare to Kirby at all. Kirby has done an amazing job in 2 years.

If you will notice, Da'Ron Payne was being held back by number 74. Hard to be affective being held. I hope Holcombe gets a lot better because he's just getting in the way the way he played against Miss. State. He's new at playing but he is going to have to stop playing dead. Bama doesn't miss tackles. This defense is the worst I have seen Saban bring to a football field.

All Bama fans are not trouble makers. I'm a Bama fan and have been my whole life and I know a bunch of Bama fans and we don't start trouble so what y'all are saying is not the truth. Don't talk for all Bama fans because of a couple drunk idiots!!
