And this is why you should be sober before writing these articles. Hurts wasn't even top 5 player on the team. Allen, Foster, Jackson, Anderson, Ridley, Stewart all had better years. Without the line protecting him, and amazing receivers to bail him out, Hurts really didn't look all that good this year. Way too many turnovers and negative plays. Will he be great in the next few years, absolutely. Heisman in 17 or 18, very likely. He's got the talent. But this year he benefitted from so much talent around him that he looked better than he was.
Obviously this guy doesn't do his home work. Mullen came to see him the exact same number of times Freeze did. Twice. Once at home, and once at school. Because you know recruiting rules and stuff. If you want to get out of your hometown, just say I wanted to play away from home. To feign butthurt because they "didn't recruit me hard enough" just shows lack of class. I wonder how many winey 18 year olds would like it if schools were able to comment on a kids recruitment on twitter or facebook the same way they can. "Hey kid, don't let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya, our interviews indicated you would have been a locker-room cancer, you'll fit in better up there anyway".
Caputo is a safety, not a linebacker.
Love these old piss fans trying to talk smack when they won't even travel to Atlanta. Couple facts for ya: 1) Orange Bowl seats 10-20K more than Georgia dome 2) The Orange bowl always sells those same seats for the same price 3) Noone would ever pay to go all the way to Miami and sit in one of the endzone nosebleed bench seats. Try selling out your Peach bowl before you talk smack about the big boy bowls.
PAC12 Bias! LOL I was wondering same thing.
So what about the little 'nuances' they are 'subjectively' ignoring. Like the fact that 7 of the 12 teams Oregon's 'Body of Work' won't make it to bowl eligibility this year. More than half their schedule. Florida State might be the same way, but jury still out on 2 of them. Arizona State? 6 will not be eligible. TCU and Alabama? only three on each of their schedules wont make it. And that includes an Arkansas team that could likely line up and beat half the top 10, they just have the bad luck of playing in the SEC west. This idiot seems to think that because the SEC had more teams in the polls, that's an unfair advantage. Well, if you play the best teams day in and day out, instead of laying more than half your schedule to playing cupcakes... PAC12 and Big10, feeling entitled much?
Uhh Ohh, time to start the PAC12BIAS hashtag. Both Pac12 teams in the CFP are higher in CFP than either of the other two. And Bama, LSU are ranked lower than average polls. Where is the outrage!! ROFLMAO (And yes, i'm being sarcastic for those of you too dumb to figure it out)
