for the last few years there’s been several aspects of Miles that have frustrated everyone. He’s literally 180’d all those facets of the team and that’s why everyone loves him. We’re throwing and spreading the offense instead of running the same predictable plays with Fournette running up the middle into stacked boxes. He's letting quality coaches coach. Makes good adjustments during games and brings some fire the position that Miles didn't have. I just don't see us finding a better fit for the position. There's not really any superstar coaches available. Just decent ones. It's not like a Saban or Bellicheck caliber coach is available and interested
