Only someone in Memphis believe this unreal story. Penny got caught cheating, as they did while Wiseman was in high school. So I guess the NCAA and TSSAA are both wrong? What’s even more unreal how the president of the university allowed this to fester instead of saying no as all others do until the appeal process. Good way to start your 2nd year college coaching.
