I respect any coach, no matter the team, who hold their players feet to the fire and makes them follow the guide lines that's been set. I respected Les Miles for it and I respect Butch for it. If you ignore or back pedal on rule enforcing just so you can try to win, you'll loose team morale.
What did he actually do though is what I'm wondering.
They shouldn't have fired Les this year. He would've went in balls to the wall. Should have gave him at least one more season. They're done for the rest of this year and probably the next 2 at least.
