Yes. Whether it's enough for people are not, we'll have to wait and see. People act as if Leach was tearing up recruiting trails and brought top notch talent to WSU. He didn't. He brought a system that could take pretty good/better than average players and put a lot of points on the board. I know SEC fans love TOP and running yards, and rightfully so.. defense.. but at last check the team with more points actually wins the games. I don't know much about MSU.. but if he can get better talent than he has now, they will be competitive and in the mix a lot. Not saying he'll start being the bellcow of the SECW or anything, but that Washington State program was GOD AWFUL when he got there right after the 2011 season. It took time, but they became a factor.. probably might've made 2 Rose Bowls but the UW Huskies were just better after they brought in Chris Petersen. Both him and Leach were crapped on by P12 fans who said they'd never win. Then both did. With Leach, it actually is pretty simple. You buy in.. OR YOU ARE GONE. That goes for players, coaches, support staff, statisticians, waterboys, and people who re-fill the staplers in the offices. You buy in, or you are not there. People need to wait 2-3 years before calling for this guys' head.
