This is why I never have been able to get into college basketball. Teams frankly suck at scoring. It’s boring beyond belief. I know people constantly talk about the good defense but the best defenders in the world are in the NBA and those games aren’t ending with sub-50 point teams, much less two of them.
I mean, when you’ve been playing college football for 6-7 years and you’re 6 or 7 years older than the defenders covering you you’re bound to eventually have some good seasons. Especially if you’re surrounded by future pros at every offensive position.
2 of the 5 worst songs I can think of are Walker Hayes songs. I’ve stopped listening to radio stations because of his music. The only other person I can think of that has caused me to do that was one of Will Smith’s idiot kids like 10 or so years ago, and I can’t even recall the song.
I’m not an old timer but I despise Hayes’s music and and thrilled the SEC backed out.
My wife and I stopped listening to one of the country stations in Nashville because they played it so much and I despised it.
I was thinking the same thing. In the same sentence he scoffs at the Iowa guy not knowing Kentucky’s recent history and then neglects to make a cursory check to make sure his own claim was true.
I agree, I don’t know why people aren’t actually reading what he said. A team that played half the amount of games and had half the amount of wear and tear is obviously at an advantage in a game like this. He repeats ad nauseum that it had nothing to do with OSU’s team, it had to do with rewarding a team that played an absurdly small amount of games.
Barrett Jones was a 2009 Freshman All-America at RG, a 2010 All-SEC RG, 2011 All-America Outland Trophy Winner at LT, and a 2012 All American Rimington Winner at C. He was a starting offensive lineman for 3 national champion teams at 3 different positions. If I’m not mistaken he never missed a start in 4 years. He should be in the argument for the best college offensive lineman in history, and absolutely deserves to be in the top 3, if not the top spot himself.
