I've heard a lot of complaints about losing Fields but the Georgia system is based on run 1st, 2nd and hope for the bail out pass when needed on 3rd. Georgia lost its top receivers and the O-line was not as good as in the past. They won the SEC because Fromm had better receivers so I don't care if you were Peyton Manning, passing receptions this year would not have been much better. Fields left and thrived because of a different system in offensive and what he learned while at Ga trying to learn their system. Shoulda, woulda coulda always sound good but I don't believe Fields would have grown into the quarterback he is now by staying in the Georgia system with inexperienced receivers. I am happy for the young and hope he continues to excel.
