This explanation is a bumch of smokescreening b.s. Bottom line: it was a fumble, and no one being honest who watched the video can argue with a straight face that Arkansas didn't recover or that Auburn was deterred from attempting to recover by the blown whistle.
So if they reviewed it and think they got it right, then there is something seriously wrong with the SEC's review standards.
