As mentioned previously, I'm not surprised that Muschampless was bought out! A major booster put pressure on the administration! We both know that every major school has those kind of people that has alot of influence when it comes to sports and education!

Why would any big time program let Muschamp less be a head coach again! D-II yes not D-I. As S.S. (The Ball Coach) says he has definitely filled his pockets everywhere he's been!

Hello Chatters: As mentioned previously, the Gamecock family was able to payout Muschamp! The question was were they willing! It also allowed the AD to keep his job, which is an interesting decision also! But he did bring home some hardware as the baseball coach! Gamecock nation higher someone within your roots! Too many highschool stars within the state and surrounding states are leaving for other programs! Every major school both within the state or neighborly state presently has a better record than the Gamecocks! Just a thought!

Hey just in: Liberty just gave Coach Freeze an extension until 2026. That's what happens when you become a hot commodity or topic! The Gamecocks are running out of candidates. So I guess you'll be stuck with Coach Champ less!

His buyout is around 13-15 million! Like any other big time D1 program, that money can be available overnight, but when are they going to learn! At least Steve (The Ball Coach) was honorable and respectable enough to leave instead of milking the the school!

It's interesting how the gamecocks pay a coach on what they hoping he would do vs what he has done! Come be a coach in gamecock nation and have one or two successful years and you're going to get paid! That's the difference between the other programs! They look for consistency before they up the dollars! His buyout isn't fair to the alumni, supporters or the student body! Another contract not earned but well received
