Im in no way glorifying Dubose he was terrible, took us into the abyss, and my point was entirely that EVEN HE had success vs Spurrier. Spurrier was NOTHING MORE than an innovative offensive mind who knew how to surround himself with decent assistants, and has always disgraced what decent success he's had with stupid comments. Go ahead and worship him if you want but his success is not in the same area code with Saban. Oh and by the way even with the dark days of Dubose and Shula, your Gators vs. Bama have lost TWICE as many games as you've won and average losing by 2 TD a game so keep talking.... Oh and check out Spurrier's record vs Mike Dubose. Dubose beat him twice in one year. CNS never lost 2 in a rown to anyone at UA much LESS twice in a year. Get over yourself SS. Here's the deal, first off CNS took over an LSU program that was a dumpster fire. So forget CSS record vs him as UF/LSU. BEFORE CNS did more with more he did more with less. LSU perfect example. Spurrier in a one game offensive play call setting was always formidable HOWEVER, had he stayed CNS woulda owned him like all the rest. But then again how many national championships does CSS have? How many 1st rounders?? Ok thought so. No comparison. Go somewhere, sit down, shut up, and enjoy your retirement, oh, and dream of a world in which with CNS at UA that you'd have been relevant. Such a world does not exist. Be glad for timing so you can hold tight to those couple little skewed stats...
