I actually thought the exact same thing when I read his comment but couldn't think of a good reason to be the grammar police and log in just to lecture him about it. Technically you are correct but hypothetically a person who lectures strangers on a sports web page about their vocabulary might have issues.

In the 5th paragraph of this articles it states, "The obvious immensity of the story should resonate even before you get to the fact that at bottom, this is a story about Urban Meyer...". I would like to point out that this story is and should be about Courtney Smith and all she has endured. Coach Meyer is straight up responsible for not reporting and intervening and he should pay for it, but first and foremost, we must learn to listen. If Mrs. Meyer knew so much, why didn't she do something? Why didn't the police respond as they should have? See? It's more than the big name fancy coach at the big fancy D1 school. We all have to learn to listen. This story is about Courtney Smith, the victim.

Well, from a Hog fan's perspective, at least Ole Miss having to vacate wins won't affect Arkansas any.

The Razorbacks are really behind the 8 Ball schedule wise. They've started out 0-2 in the SEC with both losses coming to top 5 teams. Of the 4 "Outside Looking In" teams on this projection, three of them are not on Arkansas' schedule. Since Arkansas joined the SEC, they have played Vanderbilt 6 times. Alabama, during that same period, has played them 15. Someone please explain that.

I know with conference sprawl and 14 teams there is no way for things to be equal, but it needs to be pointed out (not complaining, mind you - just noticing) that Missouri, for instance, did not have to play LSU, Ole Miss, Miss ST, Bama or Auburn. Arkansas, on the other hand, did not get to play Vandy, Kentucky, USC, Tennessee or Florida. The Hogs played the two best teams in the east. Mizzou played two of the three worst teams in the west. Our records could have been very, very different. The Hogs lost to the two teams playing the SECCG by a combined total of 8 points. Looking forward to next year.
