I wouldn't say DeBord's an idiot.. I mean Dobbs isn't exactly a gunslinger. And there were multiple injuries to key receivers the past two seasons. The less options you have on offense, obviously it handicaps the playbook. I think this year, if they stay healthy the passing game will be more effective.. assuming they utilize it. Croom moving to TE, P Will maturing and learning the playbook, Kamara catching more balls out of the backfield/slot, plus the new kids coming in should all provide more explosive weapons on the field. Hurd is a bellcow, and I see him having a huge season. Hopefully that will open up the offense when the other team loads the box. All that being said, I completely agree with you about the NFL transition. Sammy Watkins, Martavis Bryant, DeAndre Hopkins..etc. Clemson is putting elite WR talent in the league. Everyone knows Tennessee is finally coming back strong.. But they def have to do a better job of getting the ball downfield and getting guys open in space to make big plays. It will certainly play into the recruiting trail.
