The only reason it was "a mess" is because Bama couldn't beat Auburn. This year Bama is a different animal, but they were vastly overrated with Jalen last year
Also, Boise denied a bid to join the American to stay in the MWC. You can say they were waiting for a bigger invite, but taking this invite would not stall them only make their conference schedule harder (Memphis, Houston, UCF, USF, Navy)

Wow how could they not have thought of that. Just change conferences to the opening arms of the Big 12, SEC and ACC.... No one will take UCF, they applied for BIg 12 and got denied and no where else has openings.
