Communication is the Problem

Well, the inevitable has happened. Reading the stupid comments of the uninformed was too infuriating to ignore. 1) Accusor's attorney STOPPED responding the police request to follow up. Then threw the TPD under the bus to the extent they held a press conference to refute her assertion that they refused to prosecute. 2) Several independant tox reports were done on her blood. There was NOTHING in it. 3) She has shifted her accounts from I was drugged to I was forced into a cab, etc. The Retired FL Supreme Court Justice did not find this particular shifting depiction of her account credible, asking her, "there were hundreds of people around when you say you were forced into the cab> Why didn't you call for help?" 4) She, EK, did not call police. She called a friend who then called police and, against EK's wishes, called her parents. 5) She was filmed performing a consensual act and became very angry about being filmed and Winston's friend asking if he could join in. 6) It is possible that something non consensual happened After the consensual act that was witnessed and filmed. 7) is is also possible that EK was doing damage control in advance of what she feared would be a very damaging video. 8) Ask yourself why the accusor's camp tried to get EK to say the underwear she was wearing were her roomate's rather than her's. 9) Finally, ask yourself which of the 3 scenarios is more likely: a) she was drugged, forced into a cab and brutally raped b) she was doing damage control after being video taped and it spun out of control c) Something that was consensual turned ugly and criminal after she said stop. Read the police reports. Read the subsequent fidings by the investigating AD. Read the evidence. Try using reason. It will be a novel experience for some of you, but try it just for the hell of it. I know you guys hate FSU because it's football and all that, but you sound monumentally stupid when you call him a rapist when you have no idea whether or not it is true.
