Corn From a Jar

When will you morons figure out that it’s just the name of the column. That concept goes right over your head every week
Just left the Liberty Bowl… wow that was a painful watch from an Arky perspective. Should have put the game away long ago, but glad to see them pull out the W!!
I’m just marveling that Vol football is at a place where we are being criticized for running up the score too high… against SEC opponents.
Grasping at straws here. If you’re only as good as your worst game, we’re still better than Georgia
The narrative that the Vols are a trendy upset pick makes me nervous. Saban will feed on any perceived slights and they tend to bounce back well from “bad” games. We’ve got a great squad but we don’t want to fuel their fire ahead of game day.
Saban is going to feast on all the Rat Poison from the ATM game. Their squad will be ready to go. Heupel will have the Vols ready too. Can’t wait for this one! Vols are playing with house money and will play fast and loose
Georgia is still the team in the East to beat until further notice. However, the Vol rebuild is definitely ahead of schedule!
Not even worth wasting my golf balls on this guy
That sailed right over your head, didn’t it?
That's my point exactly. If safety was really their number one concern, then fans in the stadium wouldn't be entertained for a second. I just get irked when administrations try to act "holier than thou" when they are really just trying to cover their own a$$
Assuming we play...we will doubtlessly witness Vol nation cluster tightly together in nearby places and bars/restaurants... this is not a solution that I see preventing any spread of Covid... it's a ploy to limit liability
It completely sucks but a "normal" football season as we know it isn't going to happen. I think there are two scenarios at this point: 1. Football pushed back to Spring and re-evaluate later (most likely) 2. Limited season with in-conference play (I'm losing hope this will happen)
I hate to break it to you, but this isn't over. The re-opening strategy has always been a balancing act between slowing the spread and mitigating economic damage. The damage is real on both fronts. Unfortunately, there isn't a simple answer for simple-minded people and some don't know how to cope with that.
