FUN FACT: Georgia has by far the worst SOS of any team in the AP Top 25: 81st. It’s actually the weakest in the entire SEC too! Their schedule is far closer to Troy (83rd) or James Madison (85) than it is Alabama (3) or their opponent this week, Missouri (16). How do you assess an 8-0 team with that record versus one that is 7-1 and has a Top 10 schedule?
Sighs. Kentucky mauled Florida by physically dominating them. Kentucky is built in Georgia's image, and the pre-spread version of Alabama that Smart learned from Saban (in that way UGa is sort of Byzantium to Alabama's Rome). Georgia has better players than Kentucky and a lot more of them. If Diet Georgia physically embarrassed Florida, then full carbs Georgia will obliterate them.
(Gasp!) Teams do everything possible to win football games, including skirt and break rules!!! What!?@?
Second half Alabama is a scary team, if first half Bama doesn't dig too deep of a hole to hose him over.
I'm a firmly middle aged fellow who understands how spoiled we've been over the last 17 years and just how rare is this sort of run. It's amazing. This year's team is up and down, no doubt, but they're one of my favorites of recent vintage to just cheer for. I'll be honest and admit I'm glad we get LSU at home. Should be a fun November.
Shameful. Running it up on the service academy. Have some class.
Tennessee started the game, Bama finished. Vols got absolutely owned in the second half.
Pot calling kettle. Your coach looks like a melting bowl of ice cream. C'mon now
I hope the fans show out in a tidal wave of sound. Thunderous home fields are part of what makes college football so special. Tennessee should have to endure 3.5 hours of absolute hell. That's SEC football.
All these articles remind me that Tennessee torched Bama's D last year, which is absolutely true, but they seem to leave out how Tennessee's did versus Alabama....? 569 yards, with 455 through the air is not a good day for any defense.
An honest analysis and a candid, unbiased overview? What is the internet coming to? Let me return the favor. Tennessee is stout on the defensive side of the ball, esp. their front seven. They're going to harrass Milroe a lot. I think they're OL is good and their backs are special. My question is can the crowd matter? Games like this, with young teams, the crowd is generally good for a score. I'll say 27-17, Bama, with Arnold housing a late INT as Tennessee is driving to tie or win. Honest take. I don't like Tennessee. I never have and never will. But I do respect what they're building and they absolutely worry me. The only thing that would shock me is a blow out.

From my perspective, I'd say Georgia wins out with a few squeakers then get absolutely blasted in Atlanta. It's hard to win that much and not slip once. LSU or Alabama. Whoever wins that wins the SEC.
**Yawn** If they avoid injuries during their Little Debbie regular season and can take a punch when they face the one or two teams who can hit back, then sure... they could do it. Playing nobody helps because they can plan for the end of the year a la Clemson.
Meh. Idle speculation and senseless drivel. Meaningless.
It's a whole lot of Little Debbies. Everyone knows it. If they avoid injuries, it could work well for them. On the other hand, not playing teams that can hit back could give them problems when they do. Meh. Shut up and play the guys
Speculative drivel. If Georgia gets absolutely owned and doesn't win a third title in a row does that mean anything other than they lost? No. Ifs and buts and blah blah blah
Little Debbie all season until Atlanta. They could owned and probably will get a pass to the playoffs. If they get owned there, you can point to them playing no one for three months. If they run it back, not getting hit certainly helps. All cupcakes for UGa
UGa plays 12 weeks of cupcakes before a real, actual game in Atlanta. They could get absolutely owned and they'd still get a pass to the final four. Playing no one could help them because they should avoid injuries, but it also means they won't be used to taking a shot when they play a team that can hit back. I think Ohio State ends their run in the final and gets Day his NC. Buckeyes were owning Georgia last year until they laid out that WR. Got Bama losing close to them in Atlanta, then going on a run next year.
No Gator fan but good Lord that is an absolute country a#@ kicking ? LSU got utterly dominated and completely owned.
I'll read about the final in a week or two. Can't stand either team left.
LSU cannot be beaten. Wake Forest might as well not show up. No shot etc etc
Tennessee got owned. RIP to them. LSU might clip Deacs once, but twice? Don't see it.
No denying it. I like watching y'all lose. Nice rally today.
Strong stuff. I don't like Tennessee at all. I revere good baseball. That was good baseball late.
If Tennessee gets owned again, it's another good day.
Wake in a walk. They have no weaknesses and do everything better than everyone else. Demon Deacons dance on the dugouts, leave with trophy.
