Agree I was getting upset with the play calling, why call a play that takes so long to develop when you know your O line is out matched

In 3-5 years college football will have a major decline of its fan base. Everything money ever touches it ruins. College football was one of the last popular sports that was what I considered pure. You had kids coming from high school fighting for a scholarship, then the ones that made it gave everything they had in hopes of making it to the NFL. There is no commitment anymore, they can leave at the drop of the hat. Back then you got the best of every team, on every Saturday, no matter what because their lifes goal wasn’t given to them by transferring. Whenever it got hard, they had to grind it out. Steel sharpens steel. It’s no longer about the color on the jersey, instead it’s a me contest and all that matters to most of them is the name on the back of it.

Man to be honest he did a lot more than say Lincoln Riley, and the guy we just got. Both leaving their respective teams before bowl games and the CFP. Not mention for most of the losses we had underclassmen starting and that’s a tough situation asking them to go head to head with SEC teams right out the gate. Then hold a team like Bama to 6 total rushing yards, and beat A&M in good fashion. We had all new coordinators all young players. It’s like the perfect storm came in and plagued us.

Everyone keeps calling it a great hire, GREAT is a word that is used for champions. Don’t throw it around just to make yourself look better because you fired a coach who only needed an o line and failed to produce anyone better than him. If O has an o line we win the SEC west this year. Ole miss and Kentucky are the only two teams we didn’t have a chance to win. Not to mention if Brennan stayed healthy. I’m just very aggravated about the whole situation

I disagree with it all, the money is terrible. How tf you gonna pay a man that much money who has a consistent record of losing to big time competition. He is like 1-8 against top 10 teams, while having a “GREAT” record. That’s what my fellow LSU fans call it. He plays a bunch of teams that LA TECH could beat, and gets handed a seat in the CFP only to be destroyed by a team who had a gauntlet to get there. Reminds me of OU. Then the idiots we are sign him for 10 years, and give him the keys to our program.

I think whatever coach called a pass play, up 10-0, with 8 minutes left needs to get fired lol. Like wtf are you thinking?? You can run it 3 times and punt to use up 2:10 of the clock. That would of had auburn winning 10-3. Instead let’s fire it 20 yards directly into the arms of a defender lol.

If we have an o line we maybe lose 1 game this year, at the most 2. I don’t think we got rid of a bad coach, I just think it takes time to fit all the pieces together… Watch him go to Florida and recruit our state to win a Natty

Yep and what’s crazy is Bama was a football bounce away from having a 5 loss season. This years team is no where near the level of the past teams from there

Imagine believing in a coach so much that you sign him a contract worth more than the greatest coach ever…….. only to have him get blown out the very next game.
