I wouldn't go so far to say Kentucky is a Top-10 team yet. Wait until they play SCAR, TA&M, and Mizzou to make a statement that bold. I do hope they beat the above-stated teams, but Stopes has disappointed many times before. Nevertheless, best of luck to the Wildcats! UGA fans are cheering you guys on.
We will handle LSU. I could see Auburn giving us troubles due to our rivalry and the back and forth we had with them last season. Why is Mizzou in the conversation though? They are overhyped.
Stop trying to hype up Ole Miss's offense against a strong Bama defense. This game won't be a shootout because Alabama can and will shut Ole Miss down.
There are no statistics for him in 2017 against Florida State, Texas A&M, LSU, Miss.State, Auburn, and Clemson. That is because he didn't play in their hardest games. So yeah, the 6 completions against Fresno State or 7 cmp against Mercer will really reveal his style in the film room. Great argument.
I have seen him play mop-up time. Were any of those defenses preparing for him as they would a starter? Did they have their defense designed to specifically handle Tua? No, none of them did. Let's see how Bama does this year against Miss St., Texas A&M, and Auburn. I predict they will lose one game.
Right, because mop-up duty is quality game footage. I am sure Tua was rushed/forced out of pocket/frazzled by second and third stringers in a blowout game. Good call RT819.
Just wait until SEC defenses actually start preparing for Tua. The guy is extremely good, but he hasn't faced a strong defense that has prepared for him as the starter. By the time the SEC Championship arrives, there will be enough game footage to mitigate the Tua-Juggernaut.
Ole Miss is a joke this year. Why are they even hyping up this game? Alabama wins by 3-4 touchdowns.
Auburn wins by two touchdowns. Stidham and co. thrive in Jordan-Hare. The score could be flipped if it was @LSU
Kicking problems for Alabama may come to haunt them with close games against teams like Auburn, LSU, and Miss St.
Barring an injury, I doubt that Justin Fields will see much action this season. Jake Fromm is just too good.
I'd like to see our run coverage vs. an elite running back. SC lacked a strong running game so it hard to gauge where the defense is against a strong ground game.
