Agree with the sentiments. I could barely tolerate him when Vern was still around. Now? My wife & I blare heavy metal during games just to drown that homer out. (Funny, but every time they show Bama's offense, we're blastin' Annihilator's "King of the Kill"...)

Absolutely. Bear in mind, Louisiana laws are based on Napoleonic Code, not common law as the other 49 states. Basically, any touching without permission or implied consent is battery in Louisiana; whether you slap a face or a butt.

Would also like to add that it says something about the humanity of SEC fans to see 'rivals' come together in times of tragedy. No matter who your teams are, you showed me and the entire country how great SEC fans truly are. I am humbled.

REALLY starting to wonder if Nick didn't come unglued on his staff following the NCG and a few of these guys thought that grass on the other side of the fence looked TOO much greener. Staff leaving is just as much a part of a Bama football as Nick's golf hat in camp, but this just seems like a mass exodus.

Reminds me of when I worked in Saudi Arabia. Wearing my Bama swag through the Riyadh airport, I lost count of how many Saudis, Bangladeshis, Yemenis, etc would glance at my Alabama gear and proclaim in less than stellar English: "The Tide is rolling, yes?" "Neek Sabain is king!", "All hail the Tides of Crimson!" and things like that. It was GREAT!
