Need someone who can recruit, and likes to do it. More likely than not, the next head coach for my gators will have to put out some fires, and build bridges to get back to the recruiting that he will need to compete in this league. Not really sure which prospective coach that is, but if Stricklin feels Napier is up for the challenge he would be my #1
