Well said...all of you (even Aubie). Want to know what's boring and predictable? Cowterd and his hate. Nothing excites me more than watching a OL execute a block, or a QB throwing blocks for a 4-yard gain. Typical B12 and B10 defenseless teams that put up over-unders in the 100s is boring to me. I'm an assistant coach for a varsity high school team, so I probably have a different perspective.
This team has 29 graduates, including 3 with master's degrees. UA has one of the highest graduation rates in DIV-1 football. And they make teams give up. That's not boring; it's inspiring.
Take you flashy, selfish, Pac-12 style...I'll settle for 11 disciplined, well-coached, nasty bastards making a team quit in the 3rd quarter any day.
Did UK just accuse UT of being a choke team? Oh dear. I guess it's better to be in a position to choke.

My bold predictions:
Auburn at Arkansas - Arkansas will run the ball 40-45. Auburn will look less pathetic than normal.
Tennessee at Alabama - UT will come in pumped and lead 7-3 after the first, but Bama's depth will overwhelm and Coker will KO a LB with his patented Birmingham-shoulder-slam. Bama by 14.
Missouri at Vanderbilt - UM will gain fewer yards than Vandy, but the Commodores offense will refuse to come out of the locker room after halftime. UM by forfeit.
Texas A&M at Ole Miss - A&M's defense is tiny but fearless. They'll sack Kelley 4-5 times, but want be able to stop the run. A&M by 4.
Western Kentucky at LSU - who cares
Kentucky at Mississippi State - Kentucky is rewarded for constantly pressuring Dak. A pick-6 in the 4th breaks the spirit of the Dawgs.
Headline writing is a time-honored tradition that allowed people in a hurry to get a good understanding of the news without having to read the entire article (which they read later with a spot of JD in their office at 9am). This is flat out deception in an effort to sell copy - uh, clicks. SDS is becoming as bad as drudgereport...but not nearly as popular.
I'm happy for the win, but A&M played a scrappy game. They are a class act and they have great fans. But am I the only one who thinks Vern and Gary were making out with each other every time A&M got a first down? And the speechlessness after Bama intercepted those last 2 passes...I mean, they brought the hate against Bama.
I was truly disappointed to see them lose :(
Hoover High School has a more difficult schedule.
