The fight should not be in the locker room, but on the field. There is some really bad internal problems going on within this program at TN. Butch can Not be allowed to carry on as head coach. He must go, and go fast. I hear a lot of talk about Chip Kelly and Jan Gruden. We should not pursue either. Here's why Les Miles should be the next coach at TN. He served as head coach at Louisiana State University from 2005 to 2016 and at Oklahoma State University from 2001 to 2004. Miles is nicknamed "The Hat" for his signature white cap, as well as "The Mad Hatter" for his eccentricities and play-calling habits. Prior to being a head coach, he was an assistant coach at Oklahoma State as well as at the University of Michigan, the University of Colorado at Boulder, and with the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL). Miles led the 2007 LSU Tigers football team to a win in the BCS National Championship Game against Ohio State, 38–24. "I want you to know something," Miles said last October. "I have 10 or 12 years left in me. There's plenty of energy in this body. I'm not a guy who lends himself to excesses, and I have great health. Let's go find us a place where the school wants to invest and win. And I say, 'Let's go!'""I want you to know something," Miles said last October. "I have 10 or 12 years left in me. "That’s pretty simple. I want an opportunity at a place that can win and a place where they really want to invest in the players. If they do that, I’m good.” "It's pretty obvious now what I want to do," Miles said. "I want to hire a great staff and chase a national championship at a place that wants this pursuit. I want to recruit again. I want an AD and president to say, 'I'm with you, let's go do this.' I want them with me." He has been a proven winner in the SEC and would be a great coach for Tennessee's football program. He would be my first call and try to work out the details. Come on Vols and Tennessee's AD hire this man. If he doesn't win the East in 3 years let him go but for me he would be a great choice. I'm done!
Let's look a little closer. We know these things about the team They can't tackle, block, run, catch, kick or pass and the coaches are just as bad. It's time to move on to a coach who is able to takes us to the next level. Forget the money, Chip Kelly would be that man. Let's cut our lost with Butch and hire Chip.... I'm done...
