The best part of the article is calling TA&M 2022 season "bizarre". Sh*tshow and clusterf*ck should be more like it. I am not going to lie though, seeing Bobby P back in the SEC is probably more bizarre. I still cannot get the image of him showing up for the press conference in a neck brace and jacked up face.
Here's a name: Hugh Freeze. While he might "still" like the ladies, he has been well behaved at Liberty and has put the Flames on the map. His buyout would not cost much. Thoughts?
Minus the "line to gain" as one issue, the player flop has got to be addressed. It has become common place on the field and should have been addressed by the SEC a long time ago.
Money. I am sure that Oregon would counter but at the end of the day, look for Cristobal to make a bigger paycheck.
Gimmicks or not, standing out in a crowd while recruiting can work miracles.
Agreed with the solid hires comment. While I believe most of people liked Steele, the consensus was that Chad Morris was a terrible hire. I believe that LSU was going to make a stab at getting Steele. That would be interesting for sure.
