If you break Emory's confidence or lose him to the portal (still possible for a few games) you might have no backup for Richardson but a wide receiver who play QB in high school. Richardson will mixed in more (and more if Jones doesn't improve) but yanking your starter would not be advisable at this point.

I heard that Dan Mullen has been steering Feliepe Franks to Washington and Coach Leach, it might look more tempting now for Franks if he could stay in the SEC. Or less?
