Actually Cleveland doesn't see any QBs that they like in the first few rounds. Came out yesterday that they are looking to acquire Jimmy Garoppolo from the Patriots. Belichick has done this in the past. Drafts a QB, coaches him up and trades him for draft picks. Browns have a ton of picks this year. Look for Garrett at #1 and Jamal Adams at #8. #SEC
If Kiffin is considered to be an unsafe hire it has more to do with dumping Tennessee and bolting to So. Cal. That's why schools are wanting to put ridiculously high buy-out clauses in the contracts.

Regarding Kentucky's uniform numbers, #18 is also Randall Cobb and #22 is Jared Lorensen.
