To put it plainly, Alabama has a lot of national championships to help with their recruiting and LSU doesn't have another large school in the state to compete with recruiting. I find it more of an accomplishment of recruiting by Alabama and Auburn to recruit within their own state than say an LSU or a Georgia where they are the only major program in town.
I still don't understand why Harold Joiner doesn't get a chance. Seems to be about the same size as Boobie. Good speed. Works the Wildcat. And can catch the ball out of the backfield.
Is it so hard to write an article showing some X's and O's of the schemes and fronts that make defenses and offenses so good in the SEC? Why is it the same old clickbait/Finebaum crap about stoking the fire of a fanbase? Let's get some better content going.
