Do I like this particular concept? No, but I support wearing special uniforms every now and then. The players like it, and the young fans like it. These old farts of Alabama fandom can't let go of the 60's and 70's. That's why Bryant-Denny is not a very intimidating place to play, yet Death Valley is.
That's not even true. Alabama has changed their uniform plenty of times. Drastic changes? No, but they have.
