Haha $30? If you're ever visiting Jerry World down here in TX, you'll pay a minimum of $60 to park. P.S. Thanks for everything Coach Pinkel!
Hey Esec child, if you actually read the constitution you would know our it was not intend to be based on Christian values. Therefore these acts are not a danger to the constitution. The Constitution states: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances." "The government of the United States is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion." - John Adams. Plus I guess you've never been threatened with your life for the being apart of the LGBTQ, African American, or anything other than the white communities that believe this uprising is a joke. No empathy towards others because you've never experienced this constant, unnecessary hate in your life. Also I'm glad it took from 2010 to finally come to terms with creating some form of "diversity and inclusion training" in 2016. (I would love to see how that "training" will actually be implemented on campus to create a safer environment). This movement had to happen somehow, I agree it's not the best way of dealing with these issues, but many others had no other option other than to stand up for themselves. Administrators can say all they want to kiss ass to the media, but when an entire administration is constructed mostly of white males, with a huge lack of diversity within the administration, that hasn't made any progress since 2010 to maintain a safe environment on campus for EVERY student then they have failed at fulfilling their jobs and representing Mizzou's core values: RESPECT, Responsibility, Discovery, and Excellence. I'm not saying you should get rid of an administrator for simply being called a name or some small act of racism. I'm saying the person performing these racist acts should be have some immediate form of punishment to reflect Mizzou core values of RESPECT. Great talk Child.
Listening to white people talk about how terrible things have been dealt with is incredibly annoying to me. The complete lack of empathy for minorities and the constant racial tension that has occurs at Mizzou has been going on for years. I remember the incident at Mizzou when cotton balls were spread across the Black Studies Center. That was just one of many unnecessary racial acts. So FINALLY in 2015 students, faculty, and athletes decided to stand against the inappropriate racial acts and discrimination from their fellow students because no administrator was taking action. No minority and most of all NO STUDENT in general should never feel uncomfortable at any point while attending the University of Missouri. So many people think it's just people whining and complaining, but be real if there was hate groups or just random individuals distracting me from my studies and yelling random threats or posting racist gestures through social media I would be fed up with it too. I would report it. But after reporting it and if nobody does anything about it then what can you do to change your environment? So therefore a movement is created to end the oppression. How else are people supposed to get a message across when they've tried so many times to get administrators to take action? Y'all act like there's some easier solution than protesting. These people have been pushed past the boiling point. Administrators just keep brushing aside racial acts on campus and continue saying "there's an ongoing investigation" for each incident and eventually it just dissipates. Also Gary Pinkel has always supported his team. All recruits always explain why they chose Mizzou because it has a comfortable, family atmosphere. (watch for yourself----> youtu.be/RvnKD_NPasQ) Why would Gary Pinkel not support the players that got him two SEC East titles? They are his family. Turning his back on them would take a bigger hit than anything for the Mizzou football program. Check yourself and open your minds.
I'm going to miss Murph so much, no rainbow. He did so much for Mizzou's football program, I hope he does big things in the NFL. God Bless the Special Teams/RB KING.
DangeRUSSSSSSSSS, thank God he'll be back next year. Really gonna miss all the amazing seniors though.
and no one believed Georgia should go to the SECCG after that hilarious loss to Georgia Tech...
I hope Steckel leaving doesn't ruin out chances on landing Beckner Jr., but we'll definitely turn him into a top draft pick if he commits.
Before this season I honestly wouldn't have predicted 10 wins. I thought it would be more of a transition year for us since we lost so many receivers, Josey, and a good amount on defense as well. I agree with the B+, winning out the last three games was HUGE. Feels good to be back in ATL though.
Fug it, I spent about $25,000 just in parking tickets at Mizzou, just charge it to the game, another great ending to the regular season.
hahahahahaha oh mannnnnn those two losses matter so much now that we've won out and are headed back to the SHIP AGAIN, we did our job, y'all didn't, we worked our asses off for it, sorry you're butthurt. MIZ!
....and Georgia fans think they are a better match up in the SEC Championship when y'all can't even take care of business to finish out the season....but that's none of my business....MIZ-ATL bebe!
we definitely one upped yalls fake punt with this 2-point conversation, trollin hogs ALL DAY
Not trying to be rude BUT I did say "If we win out...I will die laughing", so don't be mad at me for getting the opportunity to laugh from always being hated on and doubted for 3 years in a row ( From an earlier article comment)-----> "MIZfball1839 2 weeks ago If we win out, which won’t be an easy task, I will die laughing. We find ways to win, some have been ugly wins, but 8-2 is all that I care about. Plus we develop and utilize our 3-star (or less) recruits to the best of their abilities against the top recruits in the nation every week in conference play so y’all have no excuses. We’re earning our spot in this conference. MIZ!"
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I LOVE THE UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! MIZ! BACK TO ATL AGAIN!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!
completely agree, even though it determines if we go to ATL or not it just feels like a forced rivalry, we need more time in the SEC to build a rivalry
Haha and Dawg fans keep forgetting the South Carolina game and Florida game, the most depressing teams of the East. SIDE NOTE: Missouri fans could care less about the Dawgs shutting us out when we could possibly be playing in the SEC championship game for the SECOND TIME IN THE THREE YEARS. Who cares if we win or lose the ship, being two time champions of the SEC East is a hug accomplishment in the toughest conference in the country. Plus most likely we still won't get respect cause yall are in denial were a decent addition to the SEC.
