I can't tell if cornholing is a type of punishment or something sexual. Either way, it seems dirty.
Dear Lord, forgive him, for he knows not what he has said. Good luck, Airman.
You concede Pittman should be able to get 4-5 star OL talent because that's his bread and butter, but then you say his recruits aren't SEC level? Do you not think Pittman has a better understanding of what SEC talent looks like than you do? Or the recruiting services who haven't been able to have these kids at a camp for over a year? Get outta here.
This is really moronic. Thank goodness neither one of you are the AD.
Dude, you're taking this a little too seriously #itmightmeantoomuch
He seems to need all the help he can get
I'll give you two more guesses where the University of Arkansas is located, because it sure ain't little rock.
Glad you landed somewhere, Trent! I hope you bring the same kind of content to this site.
Daniel Gafford on the fringe? He's scouted as the #19 draft pick. This is my last time coming to SDS. Garbage reporting. Get good at your job, dude.
Recognizing good character is a lot different than overstating. But you're probably right, I was overdramatizing by saying this would actually encourage worse behavior. It wont. I just don't like how we don't hold my generation to a higher standard.
Connor, I understand the sentiment of your article; however, my take is a little different. Hurts and Eason did exactly what they should have done and not anything incredible. Coining the phrase "mature beyond their years" only encourages millennials to give up after a set-back because it isn't expected of them to finish things out. And I'm 23. So please, for everyone's sake, please don't make them out to be heroes.
Not saying Hurts is bad, but I still don't understand why he is considered the top QB in the SEC. I know this argument has been made several times by people other than me, but there are other QBs who would receive a lot more hype than Hurts if they were at Alabama. He managed the game just fine, and I commend him for helping beat the #3 team in the nation, but other QBs could have done better.
John, any word on how Jeremy Sprinkle has done? Another tight end with promise, but not a whole lot attention (other than his shoplifting incident).
Arkansas has a former player on the chiefs, patriots, and Steelers as well. But it's ok Spencer, I wouldn't expect you to waste your time and research your article.
mrbettathan, I don't like cocky people. You seem to be cocky. The thing is, I can't figure out why. You claim Allen padded his stats at the end of the bama game, but that's not true. He threw all night. And let's please talk about how you BARELY beat LSU at home. No one mentions that. So yea, give me something about this Auburn team you can guarantee, and we will come back and visit it after the game.
On behalf of the majority of hog fans, I apologize for any bad experience you may have endured while at DWRRS. We have a beautiful campus and a nice stadium. It's a shame that anything would distract from them. As for the man on the radio, he is just probably trying to have Williams' back. But, if he were a true fan, he would Williams, himself, has no ill-will toward the player who broke his neck. I like to think the majority of Razorback fans are well-respected group, but every team has their idiots. Hopefully your next trip to Fayetteville will be better (even if I still prefer you guys to lose).
Better yet, how is LSU considered better than Arkansas? Arkansas has beat two top 15 teams. They are currently projected by a few sites as the third best team in the conference. Their two losses are to Bama and A&M. Yet Florida is more likely to beat them than LSU? Don't even get me started on Mizzou coming to Fayetteville.
First off, your db's were ALL OVER our receivers. Secondly, the refs were awful for both sides. Period. Lastly, that was a legal block. Look up the rules before you complain.
I don't understand. Arkansas had Jim Chaney and Sam Pittman they were nowhere to be found on any of these lists; however, when they start working for UGA they all of a sudden become some of the best coaches in the SEC. All I'm saying is Georgia will continue to be vastly overestimated for as long as Chaney is their coordinator.
^ I guess that would be too obvious
As part of your criteria, are you talking strictly running back skills? Because remember, McFadden also played QB in the wildcat, which, in my opinion, would put him over the edge to top Henry for the top spot.
You mean the Heisman trophy *winner* and the guy who led his team to *win* a national title? Biased much?
Good to see Auburn fans really supporting their players.
We aren't going to talk about Jason Peters at all? Cool. Good picks, dude.
ESPN just released it's top 5 for the FPI rankings. LSU is number one. Sure does seem like a darkhorse to me.
"Top remaining targets" section is wrong. Just not right.
God, I loved this comment.
