This is straight from Twitter nonsense. We all wish Fields was still there. The decision to start a true freshman coming off a natty appearance with 300 plus yards in that game, at a time no one did that against Bama was understandable. The fact that fields was black is irrelevant. We are now supposed to believe that, an apparently racist HC, recruited and brought in a QB(who happens to be black...again irrelevant) was just a token gesture? Oh and starting him the first game was also a token gesture? It's funny how so many people making everything about race seem to be the ones obsessed with it. Makes you think.
