The 2 things that’ll determine the Auburn-Florida showdown
Hey, I get it. On paper, Florida loses this game. And yes, to date Florida hasn't played a team of this caliber. We're actually looking forward to it. The only way to get better is to play tough games like this. There are intangibles that could offset the valid statistical arguments that have been mentioned here, however. Namely, it's in The Swamp, it's Homecoming and the Gators actually seem to play better when they're disrespected or not given a chance. Ask Ohio State about that. Of course, this isn't the 2006 Gators, but it's just something that has always seemed to have been a part of this program. Dan Mullen is a great coach, and I'm sure he will have our guys ready. It will be a fight, no matter what. I'm not calling for a UF victory, but I'm not ruling it out, either. And if we can somehow defeat Auburn, I believe we can compete with anybody on our schedule. Anyway, hoping for a good game and no injuries on either side. Go Gators!
