I couldn’t care less about sports betting, but apparently SDS is making some coin off of it. And while I enjoy some of the content, op/ed’s and similar, I’ve never regarded it as a serious sports news site. Reasoning is even with notable names such as Matt Hayes publishing some of his work here, it’s as if they took the AP Stylebook and tossed it in the garbage. But alas, journalism is dead.

No. They’re now being paid like NFL players. Arch Manning made more in NIL than Brock Purdy made in his rookie season and went to the Super Bowl. The “wear and tear” argument is over and done.

State was an original member of the SEC as well, only they hadn't changed their name yet from Mississippi A&M. And...they (State), we (Ole Miss), LSU, TAMU, Vandy, Tennessee and quite a few others care a great deal about college baseball, thanks.
