MSUDawg31 he is allowed to have a gun he just can't conceal it without a permit. FYI having a gun in a car that's not in lock box and not in trunk for transportation is considered Concealed. You may ride your horse with it on your hip or rifle in a rifle holster though. :p
You obviously are not very knowledgeable on the 2nd Admendments and common gun laws. Yes you are allowed to have a weapon on your property. But as everything once you leave your property there are rules bc you are entering public or private property. Most states like ALABAMA are Open carry states and you are totally allowed to have your weapon on your hip or slung over your back. It must be in plain view. You are NOT ALLOWED TO CONCEAL your weapon or hide it under your clothes or have it in your car unless you have a permit. (Exceptions in a lock box in trunk or hunting rifles on a rack on glass in a truck) Please take time to fully understand our laws before you act like a authority. Hopefully I don't have to explain why you have to have a permit to hide your weapon. Alabama has already let one player off the hook(stolen gun). While Auburn held out one of its best D players for the same charge as this Bama player for Clemson game.
