Ok, yesterday you ranked LSU 12th in fanbase. Now you rate us #1 and mention that other teams can't win in Death Valley. Aaargh whiplash!! Here's my take....I love LSU, it's fans, and it's campus! It has deep history and meaning for me. I think it's #1, BUT I won't try to compare with other SEC team "experiences." I know Ole Miss, Bama, Auburn, A&M, and the rest of SEC fans love their teams, stadiums, experience, and campuses just as much! Let's just agree THERE'S NOTHING LIKE THE SEC!!!! GEAUX Tigers!
Seriously, I think that this is one area that is way too hard to rank. All these Universities have history, a lot of alumni, tailgating rabid fans, and high expectations. All you can really measure are revenue and stadium size. LSU now has the second largest stadium, but that doesn't make us #2, nor should it. Let's just say college football fans are THE BEST, and leave it at that!

I think you guys are off base with this. LSU twelve? And you'd have a lot of Bama fans really mad, if they could read! And your leaving out the thousand of sportswriters who are in love with USC.
