I always think you have to give a coach at least 3 seasons. The first season, unless they were already at the school as an assistant, is going to have ups and downs because they are coaching somebody else's players. The second year is the first year with the guys that truly fit their system and if they haven't figured it out by the 3rd season they probably won't. I think Moorhead is smart and if he can keep our assistants from getting poached then he will do fine.
