Receiver contacts ball with one foot in the air, holds ball, completes the first step, takes second step and begins to turn, as he begins to turn (has not completed the third step yet) the ball starts to come off his hands jarred loose by the defenders hand. Catch? fumble?.... tough call... If anything, it looks closer to an incomplete reception, but that's just me...
