yo, Neil. It was a top 10 match up last year too. Not the first since '08. you keep saying this and it's wrong.
should they have though? I just watched most of the game. Derrick Brown forced what like... two fumbles when UF was driving in the redzone? if dudes had their blocks right they could have had 10 points right there. plus a PI on a TD pass in the endzone on a drive that resulted in a FG, give em 4 more. Plus mullen's bonehead call to fake the punt gave auburn their only touchdown. that game was 4 or 5 plays away from being 38-3. LSU needs to take this more seriously, this is exactly what the auburn folk were saying last week. im starting to think UF wins ugly on purpose lol.
I dunno... something about how LSU has played some really really bad defenses to inflate the offensive numbers, coupled with how Ed O just doesn't seem to have spectacular game plans has me skeptical. Plus when players on one end flap their mouths to much it doesnt usually bode well for them later.
