My bad, that should be 52-4, or 92.86%. FPI missed on: Week 1: Florida St over LSU (FPI picked LSU by 72.5%) Week 2: Kentucky over Florida (FPI picked Florida by 54.8%) Week 2: App St over Texas A&M (FPI picked Texas A&M by 82.2%) Week 3: Texas A&M over Miami (FPI picked Miami by 53.8%)
It wouldn't be difficult to keep track of / calculate, but it'd be take some time - to do it properly you'd need to keep track of all games, not just SEC. That said, a quick, dirty look at SEC games from this season, I get the FPI as being correct 89.47% of the time (51-6).
First off, congrats to Collins, a very impressive accomplishment. But you state that "only three other SEC players" have rushed 1,000 yards in their freshmen and sophomore seasons, yet you only list 2. So who's the third? I'm guessing you're thinking of TJ Yeldon, who accomplished that feat in 2012-2013, but Fournette has also already accomplished this, having rushed for 1034 as a freshmen in 2014 and 1383 thus far this year as a sophomore. So that's at least 4 SEC players who have rushed for 1,000+ yards as a freshman and again as a sophomore. Still an impressive an uncommon feat though.
