The QB wearing number 10 at Alabama is light years better than the QB wearing number 10 at Auburn. He manages to hit his receivers in stride. He manages to throw for TD after TD. He manages the deep throw. He manages the underneath throws. He's managed to lead his team to a so far undefeated season. As a three star recruit, he's managed to outperform the five star number 10 at Auburn. Auburn supposedly has the same talent level as Bama, they are loaded with four and five star recruits and their QB and HC are holding them back. I hope AU can manage to finally dump Gus.

Dear Auburn University, If you are content with 6 to 9 win seasons, with your games coming on at 12:30 most Saturdays, and occasionally beating your rivals, and a pre New Years Day Bowl game you can pay someone $600,000/year for a coach to give you those results. You're overpaying for your results. Your students, alumni, donors (they give their own money and get this?), and fans deserve better. If y'all don't beat A&M next week, are you gonna take your chances keeping your coach going into signing period? You'll be able to stock up on three star recruits to try and run this innovative (?) offense nest season.

And every time Bama loses a game the talk becomes "It's over! They're done!Dynasty over!"

If AU is cool winning 7 to 9 games a year, beating Alabama at home every other year( which, btw, have been some entertaining games) and going to a pre New Years Day bowl game, Gus is your guy. Oh, throw in an occasional win over LSU and UGA. And being the 12:30 game on Saturdays more times a season than the 3:30 or 7:30 games. But, I think Auburn, or anyone for that matter, can get those results for a lot less money.
