If you're going to write an article, get your facts straight and know the current NCAA rules. The NCAA enacted a rule this year that says each player on the kicking team must be working the 9 yard hash marks, if not it results in an offsides call. The UNC player at the bottom, is clearly bellow the hash mark, and you can verify by looking at the has mark right behind him on the 30 yard line. It wasn't a bad call, but the correct call, and not the officials fault that the announcers, Larry Fedora, and Joe Fan don't know the rules.
