Yes, Ohio State is undoubtedly a top 5 program this year. However, this schedule does nothing to impress the masses. The real question is; do you Ohio State fans believe you could run through the SEC West with the same results you'll find your schedule this year? In my opinion your team would not survive without a surmountable number of injuries, which does affect your team's performance come playoff time. If your conference schedule was: 1) Texas A&M, 2) Auburn, 3) Arkansas, 4) Alabama, 5) LSU, 6) Mississippi, 7) Mississippi State; could you survive with less than 80% of your initial roster in good health? Could you run the gammit year in and year out and perform the same as in the Big 10? Lastly, why in the world would you back out of a home & home against your only chance to prove different with Georgia? http://espn.go.com/college-football/story/_/id/7993698
It kills me to think that this is just now coming out. Why did Beliema not catch this when it happened? Isn't that part of being a head coach, clock management? Just more sophomore mistakes by a mediocre coach. Did anyone not notice that he didn't try a two point conversion when the Razorbacks scored their second touchdown and were down by two? What good was an extra point? What benefit did it give that attempting a two point conversion didn't? We could have tied the game, but I don't think it even entered his mind. Big, big, mistake. In my opinion, those that think he's a good coach, are the ones that need to take a serious look at how much they know about the competencies of a head coach.
