American Athletic commish on UCF being left out of Playoff: ‘What do they have to do?’
Its pretty obvious what they have to do. Their out of conference schedule needs to consist of ALL Power 5 teams. Having 4 P5 schools to play instead of 1 or 2 will help in comparing wins against other teams. They don't have to pick from the top of rankings, an out of conference schedule of Vandy, California, Illinois, and Baylor could do it. Now win them all! That's enough to put you realistically in the conversation. The only other way is to join a Power 5 Conference. You can't play only one P5 team a year and get in. I dont care how good your team has performed.
