Should be interesting. Wouldn't be surprised if it's Mich v Wash. Very even this year.
Not an SC hater, and they aren't a bad team, but comical to see 4 losses by mid-Oct after all the pre-season talk we heard.
Not considering the Mizzou coach had been publicly taking shots at Tenn in the media for several weeks. Seems like it was coming.
Didn't Tenn score 60 at Mizzou last year? I'm not surprised today. Their coach had been taking shots at Tenn in the media for weeks. It was coming.
Napier literally said recently that this is not an overly talented team, and the two and three deep is no where close to where it needs to be. Sounds like Tennessee's roster the past 5-10 years with all the turnover/turmoil.
Pitiful man. Clearly still upset about the loss.
I don't have it in front of me, but didn't TN beat Bama 10 out 12 right before Saban showed up? It hasn't been that long ago where the table was turned.
I wouldn't be so sure. TN has had stretches in games where they go cold for an entire quarter. Plus, Bama might wear them down if their run game clicks and churns clock who knows.
Went from -7.5 to -9.5 today.
I think Bama scores at least mid-30's. TN needs a big number and the over to win. My two cents worth.
Vols D appears to better, but it's not at a championship level yet, even with that offense. They gave up 30+ to Pitt and Fla, which is not the same as playing AL and UGA. I do think the game this weekend will be entertaining, but I'd be surprised if the D makes enough stops for four quarters. Depth still a big factor against the best teams. We'll see.
You really think there was "no question they would have won with Levis"? Silly comment. I will be the first to agree that KY should win with Levis, but the teams aren't far enough apart to assume it. SC played well and made some big plays.
Without looking it up, I'm assuming the TN win in Tuscaloosa in 95' would be next on list. A 41-14 TN win. That said, it's been ugly since 2010 to say the least.
Close game and not sure who wins, but I like Ky + 6.5 points
True, but keep in mind TN fumbled on the Fl 15 on opening drive as well.
Not sure what that means, but I'm sure the Vols are excited. KY in my opinion is much more hillbilly than TN. I travel extensively in both states and KY is significantly worse than TN as a whole. Not really close.
I've been to Gainesville twice. Not a place I would want to live. I'm not going to criticize the people like you seem to do, just not not my kinda place...
Sounds like sour grapes. Knoxville is a solid town and very clean as a comparison. It's hard to take someone serious when they are wearing a sleeveless jersey and gold chain.
Slow down...TN should win, but history has proved over and over it doesn't always work out that way. Confidence is fine, but I would temper it down some.
For Auburn's, that would be be very disappointing. Don't think either would make an impact.
