I look at one thing only when trying to figure out if a kid can play at the SEC level: who else is recruiting him. FSU and Penn State also were recruiting Locklear. That's all I need to know. The vast majority of UT's 3-star recruits also are being recruited by schools like Alabama, Georgia, FSU, etc. I'll take the opinion of SEC coaching staffs over the online "recruiting experts" any day of the week. You also have to develop talent after you get it to campus. Unlike recent years, UT is doing that again now. So the short answer to your question is I'm not worried at all.
