Shurmur is trash..the only reason he got any hype is because of his last name. He showed his true colors in the second half. I just can't stop cracking up at the announcers slobbering all over his pole about being a "future NFL talent" only to look like complete and utter idiots.

Shurmur is a scrub skating by on daddy's name. I just don't understand the hype around him. He was absolutely terrible last year and that pro-style garbage they run while having no depth at OL won't do them any favors.

What an absolutely moronic article..not once did you show a shred of evidence, much less a quote that would indicate that McIlwain is less than 100% committed to being a great college QB. If the kid liked baseball more, wouldn't he have gone pro when he had the chance? College football is the greatest show on earth. For some people, it isn't about blindly chasing riches at the next level but about leaving a legacy. Maybe do some actual journalism before you decide to plop down at your keyboard, next time.
