hating on those you're team can't beat...smh coach b has coach miles' number so now what he does you have to hate. none of your examples mean a thing, it is each individual coaches decision on whether or not he allows a student athlete to transfer to an in conference opponent. coach b's assistants also all have no compete clauses in their contracts which prevent them from accepting a similar job at an SEC school. i think the one exception would be if they were offered a HC position. why don't you search out some stats of SEC coaches doing exactly what coach b is doing with these guys? and yes, i would complain if Scam had come to UA. he has no character...i'd rather be able to hold my head high in losing than have to cheat to win.
I'm thinking that no REAL southern lady or gentleman cares about who Corso picks on any given Saturday, regardless of which school has their allegiance.
I actually saw an Alabama collegiate license plate in a specialty shop last weekend that had a big red A with red waves coming at it from each side. It was a licensed product. j/s
Saban would promise him the moon & stars to sign him, whether he needed him or not - just to keep a weapon like that AWAY from Coach B.
I don't care for aTm or the majority of their fans, but the new uni's look SHARP. I'd give ém a thumbs up but the aggies would think I was a convert.
I can't stand the Aggies (or any Texas college team, for that matter), but that cadet's move was awesome!
Dillon Day is a flat out liar. A slight change of direction on his part would have not only been easier, with less physical exertion, but it would have avoided all contact as well - ESPECIALLY in the second stomp. He probably didn't start either play with that intent, but he certainly made the best of his opportunities! Coach Mullen (or the SEC & NCAA) needs to send a strong message letting student athletes know that this type of behavior SHALL NOT be tolerated.
WOW. Great win for Miss St, it's a shame Dillon Day has to act the fool and draw so much negativity to it. After watching the video it appears to me that his actions were intentional. There was no attempt on his part to avoid landing on the LSU players, and he really looks to be targeting his landing. After reading reports from other sports reporters around the country, the consensus is that each was an intentional deliberate act. I read in this thread that Coach Mullen had suspended Day last year for stomping, this is all I could find on that (no reference to stomping): http://mississippistate.247sports.com/Board/59413/Contents/Concerning-MSU-center-Dillon-Day-22636290 Not being an ardent follower of Miss St I have no clue as to the particulars of the incident Coach is referring to, but it's clear to me that he won't put up with this type of dirty play. I expect to hear something similar to the statement above later this week from the Miss St athletic office. Great win Miss St! Sorry some classless bozo brought negativity to it.
